To my surprise ,I so flakes and other suff falling down from top. I don’t know how and why it came . I looked. and think it tries to depict symbol.
Can anyone explain why it happened. And by the way I am in latest stable version in fdroid.

This PR allows to start some chat effects by typing a command or sending some emojis (like 🎉 or ❄️)

The chat effect manager is handled in the RoomDetailViewModel, and is triggered on the item visible event, it has some basic cool down and only one effect at a time will work (others will be ignored). Chat effect work mostly for live events (less than 10s old)
Chat effects are enabled by default and can be turned off in settings:

ROTFL, can't believe I'm filing this, but: Everyone (me included) *loves* those … chat effects (confetti & snow). This feature alone has probably increased the popularity of Matrix/Element on our user-base by a 1000x ;-) We can't get enough & want more of those - not only 2.
