Doubt with Extirpater

I wanted to ask about the Extirpater app Extirpater | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository

Which would be like a defragmenter or is it worth to clean space (cache, etc…).

It fills the space with random files and file names then cleans them up.
