I’m looking for a good shopping list app, with the possibility to work on a list from more than one device at the same time.
Ideally if I could use Nextcloud as Sync Backend without the need to spin up a dedicated Backend.

I liked Shopping List | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository, but it is unmaintained.
I forked it and added dark mode, undo-delete, and a monochrome icon:
I never got around to properly publishing it, maybe some day. Right now you need to build it yourself.
All in all, it depends a lot on what your requirements and personal preferences are. Just try all apps and see which works for you
