DNS66 auto disabled and re-enabled problem

I find a problem with DNS66 under Android mobile phone.
When I switch from mobile data to WIFI or vice versa, I see that the “key” icon in status bar disappear and reappear again. This means DNS66 is disabled and re-enabled automatically. During this period, no ads is blocked!
Would you please help to fix this gap?

You should have an Block connections without VPN option in your system settings app.

Network & internet > VPN > DNS66 > ‘Block connections without VPN’
