Different versions of same app for different devices

I use the Nextcloud app of F-DROID. When I use my phone with android 6.0.1 I get version 3.4.2. If I use my tablet with android 7.0.1 I get 3.3.0 RC3. With my webbrowser I get version 3.5.
Any suggestions?

Refresh your repos.

In F-Droid settings → Repos → F-Droid what’s the last sync date?

You are right, one is from 28.01.2019 and one from 22.09.2018.
How do I refresh my repos?

Did you enable your sync settings? Data/Wi-Fi all the way to the right, etc
