I have hidden tracking and software on my cell. Not completely sure if it’s some stranger or my hubby in cahoots with a few people. I own a notice e plus and can’t even factory reset it. Help anyone?

Get Netguard ( NetGuard | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository ) and block internet access for all but your trusted apps, depending on software it might help with location tracking and such.
Factory reset is in Android Settings…depends on device…maybe Backup or Security.
