An app is not required if your website is good.

Anyway, try to contact some freelancer programmer then.

If your website is good and fast you can wrap your website in a native app (WebView). This will solve your problem.

Use Flutter or React Native for cross-platform development, Firebase for backend, and Google Maps API for location features. No-code tools like Adalo or Glide can help with quick prototypes.
