I have a rooted S20 (using an S22 Ultra ported One UI 6.1) device, and it’s overheating a lot (43°C after 30 minutes on Instagram). Therefore, I’m considering underclocking my phone’s processor. Does anyone have any app recommendations?
Sounds like a joke. Underclock because of one shitty app 
But if you want to know there are magisk modules to optimize experience.

43°C for CPUs or battery? If CPU, this temperature is perfectly normal.
