Nothing happens. Repositories must be loaded first i think. But not.
Maybe there are some network issues or the client stuck. Sometimes I need to restart the client to make it work. You can also try other F-Droid client, e.g. Droid-ify | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository
