Hi I also can’t install the apk of F-droid app and I tried reinstalling another android apk and check again it works.
What Android version? What error do you see?
If you get the Google Play Protect warning you can press “More Info” and then “Install anyway”
Or install the Basic version until main client is updated: https://f-droid.org/repo/org.fdroid.basic_160535.apk ( from: F-Droid Basic | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository )
