Build fails: "Found dependency file without lock"

Latest version of my app (org.totschnig.myexpenses) fails to build with:

Found dependency file without lock

https://monitor.f-droid.org/builds/log/org.totschnig.myexpenses/752

Other apps seem to be affected by the same problem (e.g. : log: org.smc.inputmethod.indic:106 - F-Droid Monitor). Is this a bug of the build scanner?
