Bug/Regression: Fennec Clears Clipboard After Pasting on Address Bar

I updated Fennec to 135 recently and noticed that whenever I pasted a copied text into the address bar, Fennec will clear the clipboard automatically. This issue does not occur in other browsers or apps, such as Firefox Mobile.

For example, if I copy a Steam link from my Line or email and paste it into Fennec’s address bar and open it, I will not be able to paste the same Steam link to anything else because Fennec clears the clipboard after something is pasted into its address bar. So if I want to open the same Steam link in other browser or paste it onto my Note after I paste it into Fennec’s address bar and open it, I have to copy the aforementioned link from my Line or email again before I can paste it into/onto something else.

This issue does not occur with other browsers, for example Firefox. If I copy the aforementioned link and paste it into Firefox’s address bar and open it, I can paste the link onto something else such as my Note again because Firefox does not clear the clipboard automatically after I paste something into its address bar.

I can’t confirm this, works fine for me.

Where are you copying the link from? Eg.password managers usually clear clipboard

Does pasting into the address bar of a regular Fennec tab versus a private Fennec tab make a difference? If it does, is that reproducible in Firefox?

tested that too, was working fine (for me)

Which keyboard do you use? There may be a setting in the keyboard that is causing this.
