Few points from my end:

  1. Pending access requests - for @hans.
  2. Policy wording for end user (in general).
  3. FOSDEM 2027 - initiate discussion to avoid last minute rush.

#3 does need a initiation even if via email.

I’ll make sure these get time on the agenda. For your second point, would you please clarify which policy/policies you’re referring to, either here or on the Board of Directors internal mailing list? Thanks!

In general. I updated the point above to reflect that. If we are short of time, then I am fine with these getting discussed over email. :innocent:

I would like to propose that we make board meetings either more frequent (perhaps bi-weekly) or else longer (90+ minutes). Or maybe both. We always seem to run out of time during the monthly 1-hour meetings, and there’s a lot going on recently that deserves adequate discussion time.
