Some days ago i summited an app to f-droid, but i don’t see it on f-droid. All releases have pre-release flag. Is required to release a stable version to see it listed on f-droid?. My app have already been accepted
If you mean the pre-release tag on GitHub, F-Droid does not care whether it’s set or not.
If you specify the app in question it will be much easier to tell what’s going on with it
