Is there one app that backup data (media like photo and videos are my needs) on different cloud drive like google drive or onedrive or dropbox?

Not really as all those are usually proprietary and their libs (except dropbox iirc)
No chance to have Syncthing working for you?

It’s generally a good idea to do it in steps. E.g.
- Backup with NeoBackup
- push the backup folder to a cloud with Nextcloud
