AdMob in an app?

I installed QRAlarm | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository from f-droid.
The Exosuds app Exodus | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository says that it embeds Google AdMob.

Actually, the Google Play version https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sweak.qralarm contains ads and it is also stated in the privacy policy privacy-policies/QRAlarm Privacy Policy.txt at master · sweakpl/privacy-policies · GitHub.

So, are there ads in the f-doid version of the app? If so, why is not shown in the anti-features? If not, why did Exodus find it?

Thanks

From the Exodus report: Report for com.sweak.qralarm 1.7.1 - εxodus

Source: Google Play

it didn’t scan the F-Droid version

oh I see! In the Exodus app I can’t find the source and I thought that it would scan the actual installed app.

Thank you
