Not really removed, but instead moved to the repository of archived apps, as it is no longer being updated. This happens to all apps that have not seen a new version release in a long time. You can still download it by enabling the “Archive” repository in the F-Droid client or by browsing here: https://apt.izzysoft.de/fdroid/index/apk/se.manyver?repo=archive.
