Why newest Element update is +100Mb when the Github release is only around 50Mb?

Hi, pretty much the title. Why newest element update is so massive?

@linsui @TheLastProject wait so, we asked Element about ABI split on F-Droid but they never said yes… yet they always had split ABI for their own releases? :frowning_face:
