I saw and was going to suggest when I noticed it is spain only.

Just tested it. As usually this time a day I have a spam call.
It displayed a toast that incoming call may be a spam, but didn’t block it 
It was a company spoof for mobile number.
Just a moment ago it recognised ordinary number as spam and toasted it…
