Certificate error message while updating the F-Droid repository

For some reason my Android 7 device is unable to download repo data or update/download any apps from F-Droid client.

Resetting the app data, reinstating the app or installing the old version does not help.

I am still able to download apps directly with the web browser.

Running on old Android versions | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository add the cert

I can’t install F-droid. I really don’t know what message means:

I installed the certificate but I still get this error. I rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app again and it still doesn’t work…

Which device? android version?

Huawei Y7 2017, Android 7.

Get the latest version, just in case: https://f-droid.org/repo/org.fdroid.fdroid_1022050.apk

And keep retrying, pull-to-refresh, so that the next mirror is used.

Get this sometimes.

Cannot edit the message for some reason.

After reinstalling the app again… It worked.
