I seem to accidentally trigger the ‘update repo’s’ feature all the time - this is really irritating. Feature request: some other method to manually update repos & disable the ‘pull down on screen’.

Sorry if my post misled anyone - I’m not reporting a bug, just a feature request.
Very often when I attempt to scroll down the screen to view apps I accidentally trigger the repo update feature, & was wondering if it were possible to perhaps have something like a menu option instead.
