Is it possible to have trackers in open source apps in fdroid?

sure, make them opt-in or opt-out (and you’ll get a Tracking antifeature)

Thanks, asked because i see a google tracker on an app i installed from fdroid in exodus-privacy app.

But when i checked their web (exodus-privacy) the fdroid version has no trackers it’s probably the exodus-privacy app issue which showed me the playstore version result.

depends, sometimes apps clean up that but the function names match and exodus only sees names
