is there any problem with telegram-FOSS. The last two updates 7.9.3 (22/08/21) and 8.0.0 (02/09/21) are available on github, but missing on f-droid.

Right, last two updates. In particular, live streaming in channels, playback speed and flexible forwarding.
Just updated telegram foss to version 8.0.0 from f-droid
