Some apps don't install or update anymore, Error: not installed

When I tried to update FitoTrack and Tuner (Micheal Moessner) I got the error message “not installed”. However I could unistall them and when trying to install I got the same problem.

Try direct apk files, example: https://f-droid.org/repo/de.moekadu.tuner_24.apk
