is there a file somewhere on my android that contains my F-droid config?
Like apps installed, repos, etc?
So I wonder, should I specify my question more, or there is no answer?

Ok, you can inspect /data/data/org.fdroid.fdroid/databases : most of what
you need is there (and near). I’m afraid you wont find anything beyond that
currently, at least until you share your needs in more details.
