You can link to another app in the repo by using [[app.id]]. The link will be made appropriately whether in the Android client, the web repo browser or the wiki. The link text will be the apps name.

I think it only works when the metadata is directly inside the build recipe.
Is this a bug or a security feature? For links to other websites this seems like a usefull security feature, but for links to other F-Droid app it should be allowed.
I think you can use HTML in fastlane metadata so you can add the link manually with something like
<a href="https://f-droid.org/fr/packages/app.id/">My link</a>.
F-Droid should recognize this as an F-Droid link and open it inside the app instead of in the browser.
