How to add missing changelog link in fdroid client?

is it possible to add missing changelog links for apps on fdroid client ?
which file should i edit in order to add changelog link ?
is there any patricular order for links ? i mean 1st website, 2nd source code repo, …
fdroid data repo is correct repo ?
if possible provide a merge request example to do it correctly.
