Hey,
it’s possible to pull the release notes from GitHub releases, e.g. https://api.github.com/repos/openhab/openhab-android/releases. I think it would be a usefull feature to display the release notes when not favailable via fastlane metadata.

Generally changelog for apps (included F-Droid) would be a nice feature
