It looks like PrBoom has an Android port and uses SDL, but it also appears to be abandoned. :confused:

If you are looking for something similar to SDL with which to write your own game, libGDX seems relatively similar. Shattered Pixel Dungeon and Mindustry are on F-Droid and use this library.
