Cant use fdroid or ooniprobe on my heavily censored and monitored connection in the netherlands (eu)

Can you give a few more details? What has the EU to do with that? I have neither problems in Germany nor using a VPN from the Netherlands.

I never had an issue either using F-Droid in the Netherlands.
