Last Updated (fdroid.org) (just in case it is important):

I don’t the exact list, but on another smartphone with stock Android 7.0 the list looks more like fdroid.org.

Did you update your repositories?

The website is updated after the index that you get in the client, also I’d rather discourage plainly downloading APKs and forgetting to update the apps. Use the client for the best experience.

Of course I have updated the repository on the fdroid app.

Ok, solved the problem by reinstalling F-Droid. After that, updating the repository works again and I’ve got 42 (!) updates.
