Can't find some remote touchpad apps so smartphone controls PC

Hi,
I’m looking for an open source app that would turn my android smartphone into a touchpad control for PC.

Server PC: win10 or/and Linux
Wireless: Wifi or Bluethooth
Possibly: USB cable connected.
