I used to be able to download APKs off the fdroid webpage for app. Do I now have to do it though the fdroid app?

The issue was found and fixed in rename index-v1 "packages" to index-v2 "versions" (!809) · Merge requests · F-Droid / Website · GitLab.
The fixed version will be pushed live soon, so not much longer until it’ll work again
