How can I get all files hosted by you off a Windows 7 PC running DownThemAll or Torrent, off firefox browser.

Maybe rsync is alrady in-place, don’t know. Otherwise you will have to resort to
poking the index at https://f-droid.org/repo/index.xml for available filenames,
use whatever-you-use-on-windows to scrape/parse xml and feed the urls to whatever-
you-use-on-windows for downloading.
Note: This will only give you the 3 most current apks of an app (if not specified
otherwise).
