App to make full restoreable backup to another mobile phone model

Hi, I would like to find an app to make a full backup of my mobile phone that can be restored to another brand or model of different mobile phone (you could have your configuration and applications on another device in case of loss or theft). Thanks!

  2. adb backup makes full backup

  3. no full backup would restore on another ROM/hardware.
