Respectfully I don’t see the use for such a feature.
All the mentioned permissions are not granted on install which is how it should be. Sure if you could grant them on install it could save you time but it wouldn’t realistically be effective enough to be worth implementing even if it could possibly (not saying it can) be done in a unprivileged manner
