Yes, AndroidOS does support these features claimed in that article. The Android is very flexible compared to IOS and that is because IOS prioritizes security than flexibility.

Right, Android has been designed in that manner. But considering the changes that Google is creepily bringing into android, could we expect android to preserve all of these features ?
